What happens before we dispatch you?

Everyday, we engage with current and potential Customers to learn about their needs and structure offerings that include your services.

When those Customers have a service need, here's what happens before we dispatch an Independent Service Provider, like you!

The Request

MedServ Marketplace offers several ways for Customers to submit a service request.  Each method is designed to gather all of the information needed to evaluate options and create a service plan.

The Plan

Our Service Request Handlers work with the Customer to review their requirements and options. We work together to create and review a plan for the service event.  This plan informs the framework that will be used to manage the service event.

The Inquiry

If we're working on a service event in your area, we may reach out to confirm your willingness and availability. We may share initial details about the project to gauge your capabilities and experience.

By the time you receive a dispatch from MedServ Marketplace, we've done everything we can do to scope the job, define the requirements, and gather the resources needed to deliver an exceptional experience for our Customers.
