OVERVIEW

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through MedServ Marketplace Inc. (“MedServ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Our Services primarily include non-clinical medical equipment services such as installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair, along with limited sales of related parts and accessories.

Because our business is service-first, the following policy reflects how cancellations, refunds, and returns are handled.

 

SECTION 1 – SERVICE ORDERS (PRIMARY POLICY)

Service purchases are non-returnable once scheduled or performed.

Before Service is Scheduled:

  • You may request cancellation for a full refund

After Service is Scheduled:

  • Cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to fees based on:

    • Technician allocation

    • Travel commitments

    • Scheduling logistics

After Service Completion:

  • Services are non-refundable

  • Any concerns must be reported within 5 business days

MedServ will review and address issues in good faith, including potential follow-up service if appropriate, but does not guarantee specific repair outcomes or equipment performance.

SECTION 2 – PARTS (LIMITED RETURNS)

For physical parts purchased through our platform:

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and uninstalled

  • Must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

SECTION 3 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used parts

  • Opened or partially used components

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Calibration or compliance-related components

  • Hazardous or regulated materials

  • Service-related charges (labor, travel, diagnostics)

  • Sale items or gift cards

SECTION 4 – DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect all parts upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item

We will evaluate and resolve the issue, including replacement or refund where applicable.

SECTION 5 – REFUNDS

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically occurs within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete processing.

SECTION 6 – RETURN PROCESS

Return instructions and shipping details will be provided after approval.

Do not ship items without prior authorization.
