OVERVIEW
This policy applies to all purchases made through MedServ Marketplace Inc. (“MedServ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Our offerings are primarily non-clinical medical equipment services, including installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair. In limited cases where parts are provided, they are typically bundled with or support service delivery.
SECTION 1 – SERVICE DELIVERY (PRIMARY POLICY)
All services are:

Scheduled in advance based on availability

Delivered by certified biomedical technicians (BMETs/FSEs)

Coordinated and managed by MedServ
Scheduling:

Service dates are confirmed after order acceptance

Timing may vary based on technician availability and location
Customer Responsibilities:
You agree to:

Provide accurate service location and equipment details

Ensure site access at the scheduled time

Ensure equipment is ready for service
Failure to meet these requirements may result in rescheduling fees.
SECTION 2 – SERVICE CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Before Service is Scheduled:

You may cancel for a full refund
After Service is Scheduled:

Cancellation or rescheduling may incur fees based on:

Technician allocation

Travel commitments
-
Scheduling logistics

After Service Completion:
-
Services are non-refundable

Issues must be reported within 5 business days
SECTION 3 – SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)
In cases where parts or materials are shipped as part of service delivery:

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

Delivery may be handled by third-party carriers

Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier
MedServ is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
-
Transit issues outside our control
Any shipped parts are intended for use with scheduled service and may not be eligible for standalone return.
SECTION 4 – DAMAGES OR ISSUES
If there are issues related to:

Delivered parts

Service execution
You must notify us within 5 business days at: service@medservmarketplace.com
We will review and work in good faith to resolve the issue.
SECTION 5 – NON-RETURNABLE SERVICES
All service-related charges are non-returnable, including:

Labor

Travel

Diagnostics

On-site service time
